Michael Kane

General Manager

Michael has over 35 years’ experience in the roofing industry. In his role as the General Manager his responsibilities include overseeing the successful operation of both the service and production sides of the branch. As an expert in business development, he works with his team to expand existing relationships as well as seek to broaden our already extensive list of satisfied customers. Certified to install virtually any type of commercial roof system, his expertise and experience are invaluable tools in evaluating  problematic roof assemblies.

Dean Secchiaroli

Lowell, MA Office Division Manager

Dean is a 3rd generation commercial roofing contractor and is responsible for all day to day operations out of the Eagle Rivet Roof Services Lowell, MA office. He is a graduate of UNLV’s School of Construction Management and has 15 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. Dean has been the project manager on contracts as large as 8 million dollars.

He is familiar with the demands associated with Federal, State, Educational and Institutional roofing projects. Dean has installed and has detailed knowledge of the specifications of Tremco/Garland Hot/Cold roofing systems, Firestone, Carlisle, JM and Sarnafil roofing systems.

David Nietch

Service Division Manager

David Nietch graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organization. He has a strong background in positions which require experienced operation and project management as well as a strong attention to detail. David has a profound knowledge of concepts, competitive products, practices and process dealing with the roofing market.

David excels at building highly effective working relationships with clients, technicians, managers and vendors. After sixteen years in the commercial and residential roofing industry he still prides himself on his ability to provide each customer with exceptional quality and service.

Brett Trask

Customer Relations Manager

Brett is a 2012 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Management.  He got his start in roofing at a young age working on many different types of roof applications, both residential and commercial. While Brett handles a variety of responsibilities, none is more important than making sure each and every one of our customers is satisfied with our service.

Other responsibilities include business development, sales, job supervision and estimating. Brett fills the invaluable role of being the conduit between our customers and our technicians.
