David Nietch graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Organization. He has a strong background in positions which require experienced operation and project management as well as a strong attention to detail. David has a profound knowledge of concepts, competitive products, practices and process dealing with the roofing market.
David excels at building highly effective working relationships with clients, technicians, managers and vendors. After sixteen years in the commercial and residential roofing industry he still prides himself on his ability to provide each customer with exceptional quality and service.

Brett is a 2012 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Management. He got his start in the roofing industry, working with different roof applications and production projects at a young age, starting in 2004. Other responsibilities include business development, sales, project management, and estimating. He is proficient at analyzing existing roof conditions and developing technical and informative scopes of work, including repair and replacement options to fit the customer’s budget and needs. While Brett manages various responsibilities, none is more important to him than ensuring each of our customers is satisfied with the service we provide. Brett fills the invaluable role of being the conduit between our customers and our technicians in the field.
